Responsibilities
- Employment type: Full-time / Contract / Freelance (Contract or Freelance available upon request)
- Establish service UX strategy through IA design and flow composition
- Propose logical improvements and design new services grounded in business context
- Implement UI design optimized for various devices (web/app)
- Design and evolve design systems
- Lead projects, manage schedules and deliverables
- Collaborate and communicate with planning, development, and operations teams

Requirements
- 5+ years of practical UX/UI experience
- Extensive experience with new builds and renewals of web/app services
- Experience leading projects or teams as a PL
- Advanced UX design and high-fidelity UI implementation skills in Figma
- Ability to analyze service policy and structure to design consistent user experiences
- Ability to persuade clients with logical reasoning behind design outcomes
- Strong understanding of responsive web and multi-device (web/app) environments
- Experience applying generative AI, Figma AI, Google Stitch and similar tools to optimize workflows

Preferred
- Experience leading client projects in agency or consulting environments
- Experience defining and solving problems through research and data analysis
- Experience driving practical service improvements through VOC analysis
- Experience building or evolving design systems from scratch
- Ability to deliver high-impact visual artwork grounded in graphic design fundamentals
